Why Sponsorship?


Event sponsorship is a critical component of a company and/or organization's marketing plan. Sponsorship is a direct channel of communication and it reaches people in an environment that matches their lifestyle, rather than intrudes upon it. It is not a passive monologue that interrupts a TV show, or comes as a piece of mail that needs to be dealt with. Sponsorship creates two-way dialogue opportunities.

In general, the difference between traditional advertising and sponsorship is the festival or special events ability to go the extra mile in servicing the sponsor, its willingness to create and help execute activation ideas and the delivery of a sizeable return on investment relative to the sponsorship fee.

This is an exclusive sponsorship at the highest level. Only one is available each year.

As the title sponsor of the SAMA Festival™ 2009 you will receive...

Associate Sponsorship: Gold

This is a sponsorship level that is exclusive to the industry. Only one per industry is available. All sponsorships also include a booth during the Festival.

The VIP Hospitality Tent will provide a day of exposure to all of the festival VIP's giving you the opportunity to expose your brand to the area's top tastemakers, politicians, press, and festival performers...

Support Sponsor: Bronze

  • Direct marketing - opportunity to provide promotional items for team goody bags

Gift Bag Sponsorship

Reach our VIP participants by including your business information along with a gift or coupon in each gift bag. Prices are as follows:

  • £1.00 per bag when you include gift with your business information (e.g. inclusion in 25 gift bags would be £25). You may also include a coupon for your business at no extra charge. This is a fun way to create a positive impression with the gift bag recipients. Registered participants for the event SAVE 50% off of this price when including a gift with their information.
  • £2.00 per bag when you include a coupon only with your business information.
  • £3.00 per bag to include business information only. We encourage you to consider the other options as part of the fun for attendees is to receive the gifts and discounts from sponsors.
  • When we give out the gift bags, we make an announcement thanking the sponsors and encouraging participants to patronize the businesses who have supported the event in this fun way. If there are any extra gift bags, they are put to good use as gifts for support staff at the event or prizes at other sessions.
